Please consult with your Local Dental Clinic / Government Hospital. They should refer you to the Wentworth Foundation. We have a waiting list. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE A REFERRAL LETTER. Including to the referral letter, you have to comply with our document check list and ensure that you have all the necessary documentation when you do come for a consultation.
